Tatiana Fiodorov is the managing partner of Fiodorov & Partners. She graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in urban planning law at Bucharest University and a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law of Babeș-Bolyai University.

Her educational path is enhanced with an extensive experience in real estate and corporate law, and also with a relevant practice as a dispute resolution lawyer. At the very beginning of her career, Tatiana worked for top leading real estate developers, as well as for foreign investors in various fields. She believes that in order to provide pragmatic legal advice, tailored to the clients’ needs it is essential to integrate creativity with thorough legal knowledge.

She is a persevering person, and has analytical thinking and impeccable logic. Tatiana is skilled in drafting sale and purchase agreements and rendering comprehensive legal advice in connection with the implementation, structuring, financing, and development of real estate or mergers and acquisition projects in Romania.
